I opened a account with them because they had a location in Durango and since I work in Durango I thought it would be helpful. I had my first pay check deposited with them and tried to use my debit card later in the day after a large deposit was made. Needless to say the transaction was declined due to lack of funds. It turns out that they hold the first check for 10 days to make sure it is good. The payroll check was on a bank in Durango and the company was LaPlata county. I pulled my $$ out and never went back.

They have a mighty narrow drive thru ATM. If you're in a pickup truck with big mirrors, protect the passenger side, pull in the driver's side or you'll lose that mirror.

Banks should have 0 say in how or where you spend your money. Or where your paycheck comes from! Are they going to institute a social credit system next? I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!!

Recently my bank has decided how I should be spending my hard earned money. They are actually restricting the use of their cards given to their customers based on what store/type of business you're shopping at. I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't think I should be told where I can and can't spend my money by a bank. What's next, "sorry sir you're not at a sponsored grocery store, you can only shop at vectramart."?! I'll be closing my accounts with this bank very soon.
