I am writing this review to share a nightmare experience with Vectra Bank. My girlfriend and I deposited $400 into their ATM, which destroyed the money right before we were about to go on a trip. The bank added the amount to our account, but inexplicably, they also added an extra $400. We called customer service to clarify the situation, and they assured us that the money was usable and that it was not a mistake. I deal with 4 different banks in Montrose....soon to be down to two. Vectra in Montrose stands well above the other 3. They recognize and greet you by name when you come in....they work to answer any questions that you have and sincerely try to make things right if there is any kind of concern, and above all they do this while being absolutely professional.
