I am writing this review to share a nightmare experience with Vectra Bank. My girlfriend and I deposited $400 into their ATM, which destroyed the money right before we were about to go on a trip. The bank added the amount to our account, but inexplicably, they also added an extra $400. We called customer service to clarify the situation, and they assured us that the money was usable and that it was not a mistake.
