1 Spills his concentrate all over parking lot. Doesn't spray vinyl baseboards. 2 Walked past a bed bug infestation for an entire year in 16 story high rise. Bed bugs didn't go away until neighbor moved and his apartment was cleaned/rehabbed. Bed bugs were literally coming through my bathroom vent. My neighbor was elderly I blame Vector Stomp.
