Visiting from West Virginia, the traffic light systems around Richmond are terrible.. Think flashing yellow... A lot of no turn on red when it should be a flashing yellow... I can practically see 10 mi down the road why can't I turn? Think flashing yellow and implement.
What is going on with traffic exiting eastbound exit 192 off 64 why is it always backed up every morning for minutes on end, sometimes ten minutes waiting?because they don't know how to set the timer on the traffc light. It's a big mess trying to get on to Mechanicsville turnpike they set the timer to turn green once every 5 minutes and let 2 cars through
