Best Dr office around by far the nurses are so kind and understanding. Dr. Haught is the best shows so much compassion for his patients. Definitely will go back if I need to.

They need a zero stars option. Vcu has gone downhill over last few years. Due to their bad financial issues, when a good Dr has a new contract coming up, vcu offers them a much lower salary, hence all their good Drs leaving. Yesterday we had a horrible experience with Dr. Davy. Never having met him, he comes in room, DOES NOT INTRODUCE HIMSELF, does NOT introduce his assistant. Told me that I would need a diagnosis of skin cancer to be seen by a dermatologist for examination of a concerning growth. Even with me being high risk for skin cancer. When I asked "who would give the diagnosis if not a dermatologist?" they said they were not able to answer that question and then told me they weren't accepting new patients anyways. If that's the case, why would you not lead with that???
Today, called for a dermatology appointment and was told: “We just lost a lot of dermatology doctors at one time so we are only seeing current patients with confirmed skin cancer.” So why do you still advertise as “open” on Google? Unprofessional. Figure yourselves out, VCU.
