I have been coming here for a few years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Always a pleasant atmosphere and never have any issues parking in the attached deck. My main reason for returning every year is the quality of care I receive. I value the professional team at VCU Breast Imaging and feel confident in the care I receive.
Wonderful radiologist and clinical staff; TERRIBLE system for registration and billing. If you are getting anything other than a simple screening mammogram, be prepared to spend hours on the phone getting the correct appointment and fixing your bill when they send in the wrong codes. On 2 separate instances (last 2 years), I have had issues with my annual mammogram and ultrasound that resulted in canceled appointments and bills/estimates coming in at $400-800.
