Dr Crystal and Dr Idris helped me recover fully from my Achilles tendinitis in just 4 weeks! I was able to complete my first half Ironman with their expertise and care. I am so so grateful!! Prior to that, I was treated for my hip injury. I would recommend both of them!!

Been going to see Alex for massages for almost 2 months now and I can definitely notice a positive difference throughout daily activities. He makes the treatment very comfortable and relaxing and is always checking in to see how I’m doing and how the pressure is.
