There is no high pressure sales pitch from these guys and they seem genuinely interested in only selling you what you need. I purchased a Lexo 20 (750W) from VBike, but when the bike was delivered, I noticed that the specifications did not match the information on their website. I informed the delivery person right away and wrote on the delivery paper that if the information was incorrect, the bike should be returned. The VBike delivery person picked up the bike and left, and shortly after, the company messaged me saying they would issue a full refund.
