Driver Tornike Busted my paddle shifter, damaged my rear bumper, and drew a male genital and a smiley face on my M5. Company did nothing to help. 0 stars. Claim has been reported
I was told they could pick up my truck on the same day the job was assigned but the truck was never picked up. I follow up at the end of the day to ask why my truck wasn’t picked up and they tell me the truck was too big and didn’t fit because it’s modified. Keep in mind it’s not modified it’s a stock TRX. They didn't bother to let me know they weren’t going to be able to transport my truck and received no apology for the inconvenience I was simply told to cancel the dispatch. Not recommended!
VAL!!!! Best driver I have ever came across and that says alot working at a dealer. You will not find a kinder person in this industry. He will take care of your vehicle like it’s his own. VB always answered and answered any questions. Pay this company any rate they ask for, no need to shop around. And don’t forget to TIP Mr. VAL(AKA worlds best driver). I was sad when he had to leave I could talk to him for hours. Even my dad loved him!
