Incapable of delivering to more distant regional centres (Townsville). I had to cancel my order for a king bed, as there were increasing delays and conflicting delivery estimates, leading to Vavoom losing track of its location. Initially friendly phone calls lead to rudeness as if I had become a problem for them. Was refunded in a reasonable time only by making a Paypal claim.

I ordered a beautiful Jai Vasicek Libra mini tile from Vavoom. Delivery was fast, and the product was packaged to ensure the fragility of the tile. Very happy with the service

The lady serving is very ignorant. Yes she was serving some one but a small acknowledgment of our presence and that she would be with us after or anything. To completely ignore the 4 of us. Sorry wrong. We will get the gear for our two bathrooms elsewhere.
