Unfortunately one of the most passionless and effortless massage I've ever had. The staff didn't seem like she cared about the customer and just wanted to get the job done; she would often take long sighs and then would massage the same area countless times with minimal strength. There's also a claim on their website that before a certain time there's a discount, which the lady didn't even apply and charged me the full price. avoid (1st visit) 2nd update asked for thai/chinese person over the phone before arriving and they said it would be okay but they lied to me/ignored my request. they gave me someone else, even when i again told them again at reception when i arrived but somehow still managed to not understand/ignore the request. unacceptable
