I have used Vaux Fletcher for a sale and a purchase, my experience with the sale was annoying but the purchase experience was out of this world incompetent. I found Richard arrogant, his staff useless and uncommunicative and his complaint handling is abismal. My sales experience was marred by the fact he sent me a cheque for the proceeds, every other solicitor I had used previously has sent a quick and easy bank transfer. After a very traumatic year, unexpectedly loosing my husband and having to sell the family home. I had to downsize and needed a solicitor to guide and help me. Everyone thinks that solicitor's are just out to make money. I have dealt with solicitors in the past (60yrs old) but never dealt with a firm that is so caring, so helpful. They genuinely care.
