Appointment booked, deposit taken. Beautician called 5 minutes before the appointment to say the Saturday staff hadn't left the keys out and she would be 30 mins late, then called to say can't get keys so would confirm new time. Never contacted me back. I emailed and texted back for my deposit to be refunded. Had to go to my bank to request a reverse of the deposit charge. Terrible customer service
I received a gift voucher for the ultimate vault package and it was absolutely amazing! My face and body feel incredible. A huge thank you to Marlene for such a magical and relaxing experience. If you want to treat your with something really special then this is the place to go!
I can't rate and recommend Marlene highly enough! My husband treated me to the facial and full body massage, and it was wonderful. Marlene tailored the products to suit my skin, and I looked remarkably fresh afterwards. Thank you for a lovely afternoon - I will be back! 🩷
