I wish there was a minus zero option! The most condescending unprofessional management team lead by stacey pointer. I lived in this community 2 years paid on time.Never late. I exited the community on April 29th 2026. After Patiently waiting the alotted days per the lease agreement for my security deposit refund. I reached out by way of email. My move-in experience at Vaughn Townhomes was truly a positive one thanks to Shani and Cici. From the very beginning, they were friendly, accommodating, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Stacey and her team are the best to manage the property thus far. Concerns are actually followed up on and that means a lot to residents. It has been a pain not having lights in the community for 2 years but Stacey stayed on it and got it done. These are the things that make resident stay!
