While my husband was in hospice dying of cancer I received a notice from NM Tax &Rev we were being audited. I was assured Vaughn would take care of it. Vaughn CPA lied to me telling me the issue with taxes they prepared would require a hearing and would be "complicated". Months later after being "put off" by Vaughn, I personally went to Tax & Rev and learned Vaughn failed to attach several docs to our return. No hearing was ever necessary! I called this company, in looking for a new CPA to do my taxes. they NEVER called me back. Very poor customer service.
Excellent service...professional staff..knowledgeable and friendly..will not use anyone else..Jim Vaughn is awesome!
Very rude owner and his employees isn't on top of their work. Go somewhere else!
