I called and met with them. I needed my prior tax year adjusted due to new identified expenses. I gathered paperwork and file, receipts. Sent them all over. After several calls and messages left... Haven't heard anything since. Not sure what happened to them, but judging from these other reviews... they are likely out of business. Or maybe just irresponsible. Not sure.
