I called and met with them. I needed my prior tax year adjusted due to new identified expenses. I gathered paperwork and file, receipts. Sent them all over. After several calls and messages left... Haven't heard anything since. Not sure what happened to them, but judging from these other reviews... they are likely out of business. Or maybe just irresponsible. Not sure.
This CPA filed incorrect amounts and now after two years I am getting letters from MA state tax that i need to pay more tax. The least I can expect from a CPA is to put right numbers. an 88 instead of 98 is not expected. Can't give 0 stars hence giving 1. Pathetic service and most arrogant CPA out there.
