Recommended by a friend so I didn't read reviews- went back later to read and regret paying up front. I initiated check-ins multiple times, documents had errors and were deficient per the court, declined twice. Very nice, but I don't recommend working with her. I made the mistake of not reading reviews and am having to finish the job myself.
Get a mediator. The responses were not timely. I had to constantly edit my documents for her. At the end of the day I wish she would have advised I talk to a mediator. Be advised she will not give any legal advice she's only an administrator or documents and barely that. I asked for copies of the originals several times and she never made them. I had to wait for the courts to send me the documents and go do the copies my self.
I had a deadline to meet and Janice helped me make it, her knowledge, timing and communication was all on point!! She was worth every penny!! She answer all my question, gave me a sense of relief.. I highly recommend her, my issue was termination of conservator and release of funds from a trust for my daughter
Janice is very knowledgeable. But her communication and urgency are lacking. Calls, emails, and texts are often not responded to.
Janice is absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend! She always has an upbeat, positive attitude and you can tell she really wants the best for her clients. She helped me with child support modification and made the process simple and smooth. Thank you Janice!
