Strange health care provider, they rescheduled appointment until later they told they no longer covered by OHIP and we need to pay double.
The male doctor doesn’t care about your well-being at all, this place is just a money grab, save yourself the time and go where you are heard and cared about.
I had a fantastic experience at the Vaughan Hearing and Balance Centre. Even though it was pretty far from home, the trip was worth it. I had been experiencing hearing loss and pain for a few months before an ENT specialist referred me to this clinic. The Vaughan Hearing & Balance Centre staff are amiable, caring and patient.
