The male doctor doesn’t care about your well-being at all, this place is just a money grab, save yourself the time and go where you are heard and cared about.
I had a fantastic experience at the Vaughan Hearing and Balance Centre. Even though it was pretty far from home, the trip was worth it. I had been experiencing hearing loss and pain for a few months before an ENT specialist referred me to this clinic. The Vaughan Hearing & Balance Centre staff are amiable, caring and patient. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Sukaina Jaffer, who was tremendously helpful. She was incredibly patient and kind, even staying well after the appointment hours to offer support.
