Had a bad experience. I would go into details but it's easier to say they are not equipped to handle small equipment. Find a lawn mower shop! Update All County Mowers fixed my generator in one week. For less money than Honda charged me to diagnose in 2 weeks. (Diagnosis did not reveal issue) Service manager Lon Mowery denied refund! No satisfied!
