I had a very disappointing experience with Vastika INC Company. The representative I spoke with showed unprofessional behavior and poor communication skills. She cut the call abruptly and never called back. I tried reaching her again multiple times, but she did not respond. This kind of attitude toward clients is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company. I hope they improve their customer service and professionalism.

Called me at 7AM violating FTC. Trying to understand how a recruiter for Vastika Inc Ananya Tiwari (who does not exist) has a paid job recruiting US candidates and called me for a Sr. Software Engineer Role in Washington DC. 1)I am a PMO/Agile Professional 2)She did not understand the difference between Washington DC and Washington State. I had to explain it to her. If you don't know the basics of geography and about the roles you are hiring for, should you have a job or run a staffing firm? Embarassing

This company asks you to disclose your personal information including your date of birth, last 4 digits of your ssn, visa status ans so on. This business is illegal and needs to be reported.

I was approached by this agency for a job and within 2 hours from our initial discussion and salary agreement. The rep called me back and dropped the pay rate by $18 for the same job description and requirements. I was like no no no. This seems like a total scam or game this company plays with candidates in order to collect good resumes and use them for others candidates for their choice. Just a wild guest or my imagination....
