Trying to understand how a recruiter for Vastika Inc Ananya Tiwari (who does not exist) has a paid job recruiting US candidates and called me for a Sr. Software Engineer Role in Washington DC. 1)I am a PMO/Agile Professional 2)She did not understand the difference between Washington DC and Washington State. This company asks you to disclose your personal information including your date of birth, last 4 digits of your ssn, visa status ans so on. This business is illegal and needs to be reported.
I was approached by this agency for a job and within 2 hours from our initial discussion and salary agreement. The rep called me back and dropped the pay rate by $18 for the same job description and requirements. I was like no no no.
