Pathetic customer support. Discharge process is extremely bad.
The worst lenders out there. Please do not go with this company. They never reply to emails or phone calls; I have been calling them for weeks and I’m always on hold as they never answer. You can’t fix any issues you have with your loan as they never even respond.
I wish I can give zero star if I can. Worst lender ever. It has been a month for my loans discharge request and the problem still haven't resolved yet. I can't contact VS through their phone number as it is always on hold for hours. Only can contact through email but always receive the general email reply and usually it goes nowhere. I am very frustrated and distress with VC. You should do better than this.
