Been there a few times for activities that they were having. Clean, open and fun place to be at. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is warming, relaxing and fun.
The facility has amazing staff throughout the building and keeps the building very clean.
My daughter has worked there for a short time and absolutely loves her job. As a result I have been exposed to this facility. It is a very safe facility; safe enough I take my grandson in there. Management is very understanding of life's little and not so little hiccups. They treat their staff with respect and their residents with compassion. I have been to one family oriented event there and am going to another in October. I love they bring the community to the residents that cannot get out. What a sense of normality.
I’m an employee of VCC coming up on a year of being employed there! VCC is amazing all around. So amazing that I’m actually in the process of moving my Grandmother into the facility. Management are amazing and accommodating to their staff and VCC residents. The staff work hard and are very attentive to the resident’s wants and needs. Very dishonest people that run that place. Safety of everyone at the time my mother was there you didn't employ enough people to ensure the care they said my mother was getting. A&D waiver caught you frauding Medicaid through my mother's care logs and you had to pay the money back. When my mother left your facility your facility wouldn't release her medicine for 3 days because they said it was the weekend and everyone went home and they would look into it first thing Monday morning which caused her unnecessary suffering.
