Installation was very professional follow up with just a couple issues was prompt and Ryan knew what he was doing the equipment is top shelf love our new tv/stereo sound system Ryan took me by the hand on how to use system - I was a little apprehensive but with his instructions I became a pro overnight Went the extra mile to spend some time with me on using the system
