I've come here since the pandemic and it feels everytime the service gets worse. Year after the pandemic was fine, year after it took hours even though I showed up when they opened, same thing last year and there was no sign or anything that forms could uploaded online and I Sat around for 7 hours waiting for my time. This time I submitted my forms on Wednesday 4/10 show up at 10:30 on Friday and they aren't even open. No communication or anything
