Absolutely disgusting if I could give it 0 stars I would an elderly couple ordered sofas at the start of the year and it took 34 weeks at 4 days ! For the sofas to come in this time people were so incredibly rude especially one horrible excuse of a woman in the Carlisle store that spoke to him on the phone in a horrible manner. Not one apology or explanation. Later we found out that it wasn’t just a one off this has happened to multiple customers?! No care given what so ever. Would not recommend in the slightest!
