Had a very good experience with the purchase of the sofa set. However, I opted in for the protection warranty and now that I have a stain on the couch I am having a hard time getting a hold of Vasai to retrieve my invoice. The phone goes straight to VM and the email inbox does not respond. I cannot proceed with any replacement parts as I do not have the original invoice with make and model details. Really hoping that Vasai responds to me so that I can give them a 5 star review.

I bought a custom made couch less than a year ago and the couch is making squeaking noises when I sit on it. I tried to call Vasai, but I always get their voice mail. I emailed but no reply. Now I see online that they are temporarily closed. Does this mean I am screwed? very frustrating.

Purchased a recliner set , very bad experience. Within a year electronic buttons failed to work, tried following up with the owner and we never saw a guy for repair inspite of the owner promising to send a truck to pick up and repair. It wasn’t even a year old we were expected to pay repair fee. Very bad experience, never will suggest anyone to visit this store. Stay away please
