Update: I see David's reply to this review. Obviously, he cannot address these issues head-on, but he still has to write a reply, to make it appear as if he has some valid defense arguments. However, considering David is among the few lawyers who take small claims cases, which is a valuable legal service for mostly low-income people, perhaps we shouldn't be too strict on him. ------------ I approached David Varty for a small claims case in late 2022.
