I brought the 3m cantilever umbrella for $320 and when it arrived and I set it up i notice two small holes in the very top of the canopy. I sent Vlad an email and he rang me the next day, I was totally floored by his 10/10 customer service. I thought I would just receive a patch kit, which would have been fine. Very happy with my purchase of the 4 Selina bar stools. Vlad was very helpful in showing me some options until I found the right ones. He also offered to assemble them for me. And helped load them into my car. These come with a 12month warranty too!

I recently purchased a sit and stand desk from this store. Although there were some Minor delays from the courier, Vlad (I believe the owner) was very helpful and attentive throughout the delivery process, which was really appreciated! The desk itself is also great, sturdy and as described in the website. I Highly recommend vartiss store!

I’m really happy with the customer service from Vlad, he followed up personally after delivery and to check we had been able to assemble our unit. The TV unit suits our space perfectly and is excellent value.
