Absolutely fabulous. I was very indecisive, I even left and came back, but the owner was very patient, playful, and had great info to give on diff choices to make. I'm very happy with my purchase. Has the "healthy" charcoal 🤣 (inside joke) Also bought a resin burner that I had been looking for forever. Multiple visits later, I'm still impressed. Got a nice evil eye too. Best customer service ever!🥰 Bought a shisha about a year ago but never had the chance to use it. When wanted to use it, couldn't assemble it. They called me on a video call and gave me live instructions and fixed my problem on the spot! Felt like home! Thank u.
