Great customer service and awesome job!
This place is not what it used to be. They have sick people working, unhygienic, kids running around everywhere , they have up’d the prices this year twice already. Unprofessional made fun of my nails and made a mean remark. Not returning.
Used to really like this place. The couple who works there now keeps their 4 kids stuffed in the back rooms. They jump up every 10 minutes or so to check on them. The service suffers and the cleanliness has really declined. Looking for new place.
This place was great when it opened. Now it’s not clean at all, and if you make an appointment, you will likely sit and wait. They also don’t sanitize their pedi tools, that I can tell.
The service and atmosphere is not the same. I was quite disappointed during my last visit and will not be returning!
It took 2 hours and 15 minutes for Mani-pedi. The environment was not professional and it didn't seem very hygienic. We will not return.

Service and quality has really declined at this location. Very disappointed with Ashley, Jessica and Lee's professionalism, rudeness, roughness and lack of manners! When they first opened a few years ago, I found my new nail salon! However, I have seen the decline this past year slowly go downhill. I won't be back and I know a few others that are also feeling the negativity at this location and won't return. Sad!
