On Feb 20th 2026. My heat does not work. Only replace the board ,but he run out, run in my house to get the tool, 3 times total 2 hours .But the company must to me payment all the time he works. why ? It is does not fair for customer. the staff did not say how much charge fee the labor before he do and the part around $400 but the bill is 567 not tax . I will not recommend for other person. they do not honest about the price of service .
Variety came to fix our furnace this morning (Christmas Eve) after contacting them last night — fast service & we really appreciated the help!
They’re trying to charge me with a bill for an appointment that didn’t even occur. And they were supposed to call me first to confirm. Insane scam company
So far so good. Just had a water heater installed and they were the quickest in town, they could come next day. They came right on time quickly worked and shared knowledge to nfl us going forward. Much appreciated 👏! Thanks!
