Very unprofessional and rude. I have tried for years to settle a debt but it's constantly running through a brick wall everytime. Won't answer the emails but when I call oh yeah we got the emails. Okay so why didnt you reply and answer the questions???? I will be getting an attorney and since all the documents are different amounts. They can't explain that either. Called this place trying to arrange some payments for some money that’s in some collections. I told the lady I could pay 800 right now and that’s all I would ever be able to pay on this. I am a broke college student and she belittled me told me “we will see.” And then told me to call a lawyer and hung up on me. I’ve never had a debt collector deny my payment and then tell me we will see…. Super weird and unprofessional, and they will not be seeing a dime out of my paycheck!!!!
Very poor on how they handle the people that they collect from.
I would leave less stars if I could. Receptionist Rose Morgan is extremely rude- no one there returns calls or emails and they continue to say they don't have a record of payment. This place is a joke.
