Called this place trying to arrange some payments for some money that’s in some collections. I told the lady I could pay 800 right now and that’s all I would ever be able to pay on this. I am a broke college student and she belittled me told me “we will see.” And then told me to call a lawyer and hung up on me. I’ve never had a debt collector deny my payment and then tell me we will see…. Super weird and unprofessional, and they will not be seeing a dime out of my paycheck!!!!
Very poor on how they handle the people that they collect from.
I would leave less stars if I could. Receptionist Rose Morgan is extremely rude- no one there returns calls or emails and they continue to say they don't have a record of payment. This place is a joke.
These people are these THEIVES. Sad, just as I thought when I read the reviews. They set up a payment plan, then make it seem as if you're done paying, then they take every penny in your bank account! I never signed an agreement or anything. Straight Snake in a mens clothing. This is what happens when you try to do the right thing. People are discusting!
