This has to be the WORST law firm in axistance. Megan Woods and her staff were so disconnected, that they droped the ball on our serious injury case. We never met her in person. She did not like to communicate via phone. When somthing we did not understand came up, we had to try and process her emails. She would even get verbally hostile and frustrated at us, and we are her clients. She made us feel like the ones who caused the accident. Over all I didn't have the greatest experience. Initial visit was great, initially I was optimistic. During the process my case was passed down to 3 different attorneys. There was no communication from any of the attorneys. I received little to no information during the process. I was also told that their fee would be 30 percent up until the case was closed (closing date) and it actually came out to be 33 percent.
