Paul made the whole legal process smooth, easy to understand and was extremely compassionate while helping me deal with my Dad’s estate. I highly recommend him. I don’t know why someone said he took too long to respond. He was always easy to get ahold of, whether by phone, email or just a drop in at his office. He always makes himself as available as possible. His services are very affordable and personable.
Very Unpleasant experience with Shivam. The customer service was poor, and his attitude was extremely arrogant. He spoke with confidence but clearly didn’t understand what he was talking about. Professionalism and respectful communication were completely missing. I would not recommend dealing with him.
Very disappointing experience with Shivam. He was trying to act like a qualified lawyer and advised with so much confidence, but it quickly became obvious he didn’t actually know what he was talking about. Instead of helping, he confused and wasted my time. I would strongly recommend speaking to a real licensed professional instead.
Update -Maybe hire better people before threatening people for leaving a review
Shivam the student who works here going around saying he is a lawyer threatening to sue people for not getting ketchup at the drive thru what’s wrong with this company is this how your employees act in public?
