It's beautiful here I love living here the people are absolutely awesome it's the best ever and I'm Blessed to be here! It's also quiet and very peaceful and I feel safe living here!

I agree with the other reviewers, these apartments SUCK!. These are suppose to be senior apts., yet they allow kids, it is suppose to be a gated community, but the gate is broken most of the time. The manager don't know how to talk to people, when you try to bring something to her attention she starts yelling at you, like you did something wrong.

There are only a few things I'd like to add to the previous reviews. First, they allow children. Our newest addition is a family with 3; one is an infant. Secondly, we have an exorbitant amount of inspections; one year we had 10. Be sure to get anything you're promised in writing. Goggle Wyda Way to get an idea of what sort of neighborhood you'll be living in.

This is not a good place to live . complex is new and everything in complex is falling apart . the parrking is bad you habe to park do far away . the apartments have mold, water heaters dont work half the time . the management is always putting 24 hour notices on your door they always seem to find a reason at least once a week to come into your apartment .they can't keep staff there always getting new staff and they don't know what the he'll there doing . this is proposed to be senior living but they let children live here and they don't say anything to the tenants that move in there family so you have over 5 people in a 1bedroom . then you are having tons of noise including children crying cops taking people away in handcuffs if i wanted this i could just have rented in the ghetto

These apartments are a scam! The parking situation is awful! There aren't enough parking spots, and lately people have been turning in "forms" from their doctors that allow them to get reserved parking spots closer to their apartments. Some nights, I have to park halfway across the complex because of the ridiculousness of these reserved parking spots! I feel cheated out of a place to park every day. Most of these people look like they are bs'ing about the need for these parking spots anyway!
Management has been informed of this problem but chooses to do nothing. I'm very unhappy with these apartments - I'll be finding new ones soon.

They lied to us upon moving in. We chose an apt and found out it was a handicap apt. They called right before moving and asked if I wanted to change with someone else. I said "sure". I called them to make sure of the apt number and then they told me "oh no they changed their mind". So we got stuck with a handicap apt, that has indoor/outdoor carpet, bars in the bathroom and no pantry in the dining area like all of the other apts. (paid a 500 dollar deposit because of something on credit report that they said if I fixed it they would lower the deposit. I removed it and guess what?)
The parking is messed up. People take a form to their doctors so they can get a reserved space because they can't walk to their car supposedly, yeah right. People have reserved spaces who don't even live here! There is restricted access to the laundry room, unless you want to rent a washer and dryer for 40 dollars a month. I've been here nearly a year and they have gone through office personnel like crazy. Anyway, I am looking for a new place, my lease is coming up and I don't want to sign another. Think twice before moving here.

Think twice before moving here. Major problems with inferior materials in the apartments, bugs, skunks and raccoons. There's not enough parking spaces and competition for them is ferocious. Management routinely lies...will tell you ANYTHING to get you to rent and then change the rules after you're in. The apartments were ready for move-in in February, 2011, and we all signed a years lease...eight people have already moved out and that's got to tell you something.
