I ordered salt mix for my reef tank on 2/15/2021 and received an auto reply email stating my order was being processed. Since then I have written emails and called their number (only heard a recorded message stating they will call back promptly). I have not received any communication from them since. I placed an order with this company on April 21, 2019. I paid $9.50 for 2-Day shipping, but was given no tracking number for my order. Despite attempts to contact the company, (and having my account charged for my order) I received no information on my order for 9 days (until April 30, 2019), and it was then that I received an automated message to inform me that my order had finally shipped. These guys are my digital LFS for my aquarium. They have always stayed in constant communication with me when they are out of stock and they build a personal relationship with you.
The customer service is superb for a small business and the actual care about you.
Made order number 1741 November 8th, never received it. Called four times, never heard back. Definitely would not recommend Vaquatics to a friend.
