Sent wrong part. I tried contacting them and got a confirmation email with a link to track my support tickets, but was asked to login to an account I never created on a different website. I tried gaining access but was denied trying to create an account and reset password. Haven't heard back from them either. Maybe this will get their attention.
Fantastic products and awesome service. I make a mistake work my recently order; they immediately fixed it and it arrived on time.
