I love Lou, I haven't been there in awhile because I moved out of the Elmwood area, but I wish him the best of luck. Him and his wife and the nicest, sweetest, most accommodating people in the vape business. Please check this place out!
No frills vape shop focused on customer service, they don't have the latest gear that comes out, which seems to be every other week these days, but what they do sell is rock solid.
Pretty laid back place. The owner knows his stuff, he's very genial and accommodating. Places like this make it or break it on customer interaction, because so much of this industry relies on customer service. They were out of a liquid I liked and was familiar with so he suggested another high end liquid of comparable quality, I'm very satisfied.
