They make their own juice in the back. They say they follow a formula, but they are inconsistent. If you tell them that the new batch tastes different than the last batch the will flat out tell you that you are wrong even though you are the one that vapes on it all day. They are happy to help you if you come in a buy stuff then leave, but if you complain, they’d rather lose a customer than help a customer. The employee is always right at this place, not the customer. Go somewhere else!
