Great prices, lots of item other then vapes and the employees are always great. 3 yrs ago I had left a 1 star review due to an issue. The owner got back to the review immediately and corrected the issue right away. I appreciated that and feel that vape town derserves a much higher rating then I originally left

WHY WAS THE OLD LADY MAD WHEN THEIR STORE CASH REGISTER MALFUNCTIONED?!? NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED TO POORLY I CANT HELP BUT WONDER IF OUR RACE WAS A FACTOR IN OUR SERVICE CUSSING AND YELLING AT ANYONE IS NO ACCEPTABLE
I have no idea how this place has close to 5 stars. I had to walk up to the person as the cash register to ask for help, and the look they gave me was pretty awful. How dare I ask for help in a vape store with things behind the counter? I then asked if they carried a specific juice, 'i don't know". Was the answer. Then nothing additional. The last time I was in here I also left with a bad experience, I just figured it was a one off. Turns out that was not the case.
