I bought a box of coils and they gave me the wrong ones by their own mistake. I went back the next day to exchange it for the correct item the product was still completely sealed, untouched and they told me they don’t do exchanges or returns, period. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just the correct product I paid for. Zero flexibility, zero willingness to fix their own error. If they sell you the wrong item, don’t expect them to make it right. Would not recommend avoid this store.
