Terrible customer service. I bought a 3 pack of Stigs when they closed on a Thursday night. Opened one and it didn’t work. Took it back the next day and instead of replacing it, the guy gave me a new one and then charged me for it. I won’t be back, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

A place that has always made me happy to go to. The customer service is unparalleled.
The worst customer service of all. Walking in there's just people that hang out and smoke. I took out my mod and low and behold criticism of my tank. Gee thanks! But hey they did compliment my sweater. Things just never change with this place. I hear Vapor Life has way better customer service.
