Trash store can't even be a human being and help people after they get screwed. I'll be referring to the BBB and getting the Managers name and make sure I put him out there just as he deserves.
The night shift guy is very nice and helpful. He helped me pick out a perfect set up and vape juice that I really love. I will definitely be back and be a regular customer. I didn’t catch his name but hopefully the company will recognize this post and the young man that helped me
Specifically right this min was trying to deal with an issue. The guy who answered was rude, refused to get in contact with the store manager, refused to leave the store manager a message and hung up. There is one woman that works there that actually cares. They are almost never in stock with anything, the screw purchases up, refuse to fix the issues they cause, steal money from you and don’t really care. This store is a joke and corporate needs to fix it before someone files a complaint with state authorities for the issues... read more
