I Bought some glass. The lady didn't wrap it well and it broke when I set it in my car. I tried to take back in a few minutes later and she said there was nothing she could do. I am a local and won't spend another dime in this place.
My husband came in asking specifically for nic salt coils and nic salt juice the lady sold him the wrong coils. He goes back to see what happened she tells him she didn’t know you couldn’t use nic salt juice with that coil. Then we both go in so I could ask for our money back and she gets an attitude because I asked to speak to her manager and then gets on the phone with said manager and once she tells her the problem the manager tells the worker to tell us to leave. Lots of cool & unique pieces and a wide variety of everything you could hope for from a smoke shop! Very cool strawberry mug/pipe/bubbler. This location had a bonus mini puppy to greet you; gojo that made the experience!
I bought a vape and realized later it didn't work so I went back and she flat said I will not replace it. My advice is to check your vape and check it good. I won't go back to this business.
I absolutely love the girls that work here! Always so pleasant and helpful! I'm a local customer that comes here often. I would definitely give the girls a 5 star rating! I always buy my vape juice and coils here. For several months now they have been out of The Milk brand Jax flavor! The girls tell me that they have it on the order list!
