I've been shopping there for several years now. They used to be kind of mediocre with their service and costly. The service has improved greatly, and the staff is much nicer, but the prices are still steep, but not crazy expensive. I am about to make a purchase to replace my old vape and going to visit soon.
Lots of cool & unique pieces and a wide variety of everything you could hope for from a smoke shop! Very cool strawberry mug/pipe/bubbler. This location had a bonus mini puppy to greet you; gojo that made the experience!
I bought a vape and realized later it didn't work so I went back and she flat said I will not replace it. My advice is to check your vape and check it good. I won't go back to this business.
I absolutely love the girls that work here! Always so pleasant and helpful! I'm a local customer that comes here often. I would definitely give the girls a 5 star rating! I always buy my vape juice and coils here. For several months now they have been out of The Milk brand Jax flavor! The girls tell me that they have it on the order list! Gf needed a new tank and coil after having hers break when dropped. They even had a snakeskin one that matched her mod, lady behind the counter was able to find what she needed, and after some fiddling with the tank (hard to tighten) and coil (cross threaded) she got us back out on our way to enjoy our night and weekend.
