Worst customer service around as I am unfamiliar with some of the new devices and couldn't get a few questions answered, so I made my purchase with faith that what she sold me is what I needed, only to find out the pods she sold me weren't the right ones for the device, so when I call in about it, she tells me that "it's non returnable and that I should know what I need when I come in and that it's not their responsibility to make sure I get the right product because they only make minimum wage." I Bought some glass. The lady didn't wrap it well and it broke when I set it in my car. I tried to take back in a few minutes later and she said there was nothing she could do. I am a local and won't spend another dime in this place.
The woman working there on Saturday September 6th at 9:00 am opening was not pleasant. She was not helpful, acted completely ignorant when we asked about any vapes. We purchased 2 new vapes and she was refusing to answer any questions and i had to google every vape myself. She was rude and condescending the entire time. The whole experience was absolutely horrible. I had to convince my husband to go ahead with the purchase bc he wasnt wanting to spend his money on such a horribly ran business. Do better!
My husband came in asking specifically for nic salt coils and nic salt juice the lady sold him the wrong coils. He goes back to see what happened she tells him she didn’t know you couldn’t use nic salt juice with that coil. Then we both go in so I could ask for our money back and she gets an attitude because I asked to speak to her manager and then gets on the phone with said manager and once she tells her the problem the manager tells the worker to tell us to leave. Lots of cool & unique pieces and a wide variety of everything you could hope for from a smoke shop! Very cool strawberry mug/pipe/bubbler. This location had a bonus mini puppy to greet you; gojo that made the experience!
