I have frequented this establishment. The products and prices were competitive. Today I was refused service for paying in coins. The coins were rolled. It was not the first time I have paid with rolled coins in this establishment. They refused my business. I thanked her and told her I would write a review. Bad vibes about this place. Called to see if they had a flavor of E- juice. Guy that answered the phone was a jerk and sighed into the phone when I asked what tobacco flavors they have. Will just take my business somewhere else that appreciates it. I will never step foot in this business because of him and his unprofessional and childish attitude. If you hate your job/life that much, maybe you should quit.
Timber is a terrible person. Would not exchange or refund a vape bought within 5 minutes of purchase that didn't work. Go elsewhere. Plenty of other options in elreno. What a joke. Zero stars isn't an option.
Sold me a torch that stopped working after the 2nd time using it and refused to trade it in or refund it, been shopping here for months. "all sales are final" never shop here I'd give them 0 stars if I could. The people who own/work here are trash like their products. I can't wait for them to go out of business
