I bought a SMOK G150 from these jokers. It was defective, but they would not replace it even after SMOK wrote to them and asked them to. They will not reply to emails and they have no interest in helping the paying customer.
Please be aware that these people are only after your money. Do not expect any form of customer service if your device breaks down. They were not helpful in any way, they were actually quite the opposite.
Buy your vape equipment and juice somewhere that gives a damn about the customer. I am thoroughly disgusted in their treatment and their ignorance. This is intolerable.
