I bought a SMOK G150 from this store, which refused to charge after three charges. I contacted both Vapebox and the manufacturer, which pointed responsibility at each other. The manufacturer told me that to have it replaced at Vapebox and they would compensate them, but Vapebox said that they deal through a "distributor" and refused to replace the device.
It should also be noted that they ignored my emails, saying they had gone to "spam"...right?
So after three charges only, I am left with a $126 paperwieight and bitter disappointment in this store.
