I bought a SMOK G150 from these jokers. It was defective, but they would not replace it even after SMOK wrote to them and asked them to. They will not reply to emails and they have no interest in helping the paying customer. Please be aware that these people are only after your money. Do not expect any form of customer service if your device breaks down. They were not helpful in any way, they were actually quite the opposite. I bought a SMOK G150 from this store, which refused to charge after three charges. I contacted both Vapebox and the manufacturer, which pointed responsibility at each other. The manufacturer told me that to have it replaced at Vapebox and they would compensate them, but Vapebox said that they deal through a "distributor" and refused to replace the device. It should also be noted that they ignored my emails, saying they had gone to "spam"...right? So after three charges only, I am left with a $126 paperwieight and bitter disa... read more
