1st 2 orders were fine, but like everyone else is saying, something happened. Took 2 weeks for them to process my last order. Emailed 3 times about it and never got a response. Then they processed it and shipped it through some shady no name company and its been sitting in a warehouse for 14 days. So we are at about a month now and my order (of $100) is still in limbo. I see multiple poor reviews of VSS on here and I am scratching my head. I have been using VSS exclusively for almost 1 year and never had a single problem. I have always been vary happy with every order. Prices are good and handling times for shipping are more than reasonable. I hopy I haven't jinxed myself with this review, but I just felt the need to express my positive experiences with VSS.
These guys are the scam artists of the e-world. Better Business Bureau has 126 one star rating on them - all for the same thing, they take the order and then never ship it and keep the money. You call the phone number and the voice mail is full. You email and nothing. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JACKALS!!!
Took more than 5 days to receive my order. Total bs.
