Amazing customer service Elle at Portage Rd to Jasmine here at Ironwood. We stopped by Portage store looking for a Nestor collector that they didn’t have. Elle called her home store and verified they had some. We went over to this location and picked out two my wife wanted. Thanks jasmine and Elle. You two are amazing!
They sold a box of old cigars. They crumble and the wrapper Falls off right when you cut it… Go back within 12 business hours and show them exactly what happens on the next cigar and they don’t do a return… That’s a little disappointing.
